What Are the Teaching Methods?

Picture
Sessions are fun, topical, and interactive. They include discussion groups, role-playing, creating projects, problem-solving, audiovisual presentations and are geared toward business and professional persons who want to be more effective leaders and more knowledgeable Rotarians.

Breakout sessions are restricted to approximately 10 - 15 persons and the lecture time is limited. Trainers are carefully selected from among Rotarians with outstanding leadership abilities and prepared to conduct innovative and participatory course sessions. A course workbook containing an Institute Manual, session program agendas, and course outlines and materials, is provided to each attendee.

The Rotary Leadership Institute is a grass roots coalition of regional divisions. It is a multi-district project and is not an official project of or under the control of Rotary International.
